We have scaled down operations and are closing the project.

LaProp started with a simple idea: a piece of real estate should not require a large amount of capital. We built a platform for fractional ownership so people could invest from $10 and share in rent and appreciation.

It was a project we were proud of. We spent years on the product, the properties, and the people around them. Investors, partners, and a small community were willing to try something new with us. That part was genuinely good.

Not every idea finds the scale it needs. We learned a lot, and we are grateful for the chance to build it. The marketplace is no longer active.
